Comfort with beautifully decorated furnishings
As you enter the house with the expansive foyer, beautiful bright beach colors are incorporated into the furnishings and original works of art throughout the house. The comfy living room is filled with natural light by the many windows, ample family seating, a wood burning fireplace, and 60” flat screen TV with DVD. A brick floored atrium in the center of the house also provides natural and beautiful light.
Spacious and fully equipped kitchen
Enjoy meals in the spacious and casual eat in kitchen with dining al fresco on the expansive screened in porch. Large kitchen dining table for seating of 8. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet meals and has both regular coffee maker as well as k-cup coffee maker. The Culligan water cooler provides a much needed cool drink after your day on the beach. A full sized washer and dryer are in the laundry room on first floor next to the kitchen.
3 Bedrooms and 3.5 baths (Sleeps 6-8)
All bedrooms have their own private bath and TV. Also, there is a half bath powder room on the first floor. The master suite is furnished with beautiful decor, king size bed, large dressing room and shower for two. On the second floor are two additional bedrooms - one with king size bed and the other with twin beds and a trundle.
Spectacular views
The third floor tower room has amazing views of the Gulf with two cushy chaise lounges to relax and read a good book. The fourth floor covered outdoor tower is reached by climbing the ships ladder to the spectacular 360 degree breathtaking view of the ocean, sunrises, sunsets, fireworks, the Seaside houses with their beautiful rooftops and the Truman House where The Truman Show filmed in Seaside!

We had such a wonderful stay at Sealink! This is a fabulous home in a fabulous location. The home has all that any family may need, the best front porch, comfortable beds, a super cool lookout tower, and much more! Located just a few blocks from the Seaside City Center, we could easily get wherever we needed by walking. Beach access was close by and super easy. The pool is also just a few houses down the street. We hope to stay here again!! Thanks Diane and Steve!!

The property was phenomenal with great views, easy access and close proximity to local attractions (and the beach!!). The owners were super friendly and helpful. Any time we had a question or issue, they responded to a text message or phone call quickly and professionally. The home was clean and spacious. The best part is that they had an array of items available for use like bicycles, beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and coolers. We would all love to visit again.

My husband and I took our 2 year old to Sealink for his first beach visit. The location, amenities, and overall charm of the property can’t be beat! The street has its own pavilion and private access to the beach where only residents and guests can set up shop, with friendly security guards floating around to enforce it. The house comes with chairs, umbrellas and beach toys, so we saved a lot not having to pay for beach chair rentals everyday. Since the house is so close to the beach, we could carry everything without feeling weighed down, and it was no problem for me to run up to the house for any little thing and be back at the beach in no time. My son loved running around the outdoor amphitheater area at night, which felt like a very safe place for him to interact with other children, and we enjoyed eating at the nearby food trucks a couple of nights. We had a blast riding the beach cruisers around town—we even took them to Publix for groceries! My husband and I loved spending time up on the tuna tower, especially during nap time so we never missed out of the gorgeous scenery of Seaside and views of the ocean. Diane, the owner, was in touch throughout our stay, making sure everything was running smoothly with the house and that we had everything we needed. As I told Diane, we we packed a month‘s worth of memories into our wonderful week at Sealink! We can’t wait to go back soon.

SEALINK is a family home, equipped with all the average family needs. It is only 100 yards to 30A and across that road is the private Odessa beach pavilion. The house provides chairs, sunbrellas and cool box, which works very well for a short or long trip to the beach. Turn left out of Odessa and in 5 minutes you are in the center of Seaside with access to the main beach and bars and restaurants. SEALINK has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, all well equipped and comfortable. Up the stairs is a landing with 2 couches to read or play on. Up again is a trapdoor which leads into a viewing platform, suitable for adults and teens (but not alcohol).....the views are wonderful, both out to sea and inland across the roofs of this unique town. When we come back to Seaside, we will try to stay at SEALINK first, it beats every house we have stayed in before. It is very much a home from home. The owner was very helpful with information about how the town was handling Covid19, which assured us we were right in coming to Seaside during August.
